Biobank means a unit maintained by an operator engaging in biobanking activities for the
purposes of collecting and storing samples and information associated with the samples for future biobank research.The establishment of a biobank is conditional on the positive statement of Tukija. The applicant can notify Fimea after receiving a positive opinion from Tukija. 

PLEASE NOTE that the application can be submitted only in Finnish or Swedish.
